For the second consecutive time, the National Office of Fishery, ONP, wins the national award of quality for 2003, organized collectively with the UMAQ, the Moroccan Union of Quality, and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
After 2002, when Mehdia's hall had distinguished itself by wining the first award, it is time today for Nador's hall, to focus footlights.
By collecting the first reactions after the announcement of the results, Mr. Majid El GHAIB, General Manager of the ONP, declared that:
"This coronation is the result of a long drawn-out job which has begun after the launching in 2001 of the Main plan of Internal Reorganization (PDR) of the ONP. Elaborated from an organizational diagnosis and based on a total quality control, placing the satisfaction of the partners and customers of the ONP in the centre of its main concerns, this plan takes into account at the same time the new missions of the ONP and the new institutional frame. The total quality control he foresees ended today by the certification in the standards ISO of 10 fish halls ".
And adding that "Our wish is that this nomination be an additional advantage so that the ONP may continue in the contribution to the development and to the improvement of the sector competitiveness. "
