The Arab Maghreb: a meeting on sea pollution in Bizerte, Tunisia

Organised by the Mediterranean Regional Centre for urgent intervention against sea pollution accidents, an Arab Maghreb meeting to fight sea pollution was held on the 27th and 28th May 2002 in Bizerte, north of Tunisia. The purpose of the meeting was set up a common regional action plan for the south-east of the Mediterranean area. The meeting gathered experts from Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia
