The programme will also look into functioning of traceability systems from the live fish to the final ready-to-eat product, popularly known today as farm to fork. About 70 partners from 16 European states are associated with SEAFOODplus, including research institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises. Dr Torger Borresen, a Danish seafood researcher will be the leader of the project, supported by a council of 12 experts who cover all the project areas |
