Morocco: A centre of fishing research THE INRH, in association with the Office of Japanese development, set up, in Agadir, the Centre specialized in upgrading, and technology of the sea products This centre was financed thanks to a Japanese donation of million DH 97. Three research axes will be developed there: food engineering, which concerns the upgrading of the sea products, the biotechnology, and, finally, the evaluation of the quality of the maritime products.
