CODEX’s 17th Coordination Committee Session CODEX Coordination Committee for Africa (CCAfrique), which is an active authority operating in food processing, will hold its 17th session in Rabat on January 23rd through 26th, with the participation of 44 African countries. This event will be organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Maritime Fisheries, and will basically tackle issues like national food control systems, consumers’ contribution in food standards elaboration, and finally the use of CODEX standards, nationally and regionally.
